US Pizza chain "Papa John's" has just
agreed terms on the purchase of a three month licence for the
band's recording of the timeless Carosone number "Tu Vuo Fa
L' Americano" which is featured on the Red Stripe Band 's CD
"You Got What You Asked For".
The multi million dollar retail chain is using the song
as the backing track for a nationwide TV and radio advertising
campaign. |

Red has also recently been selected for inclusion
in the "Compendium of over Two Thousand Jazz Pianists" alongside
great such as Chick Corea, Oscar Peterson and Bill Evans.
2008 has been by far the most successful year of the band in
its fourteen year history with recent appearances at festivals
all over the world including at the Montreux Jazz Festival
supporting Norah Jones.
